- Continuous service availability due to technical issues
7. Limitation of Liability
Hirefex's liability is strictly limited. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, business opportunities, or damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Indemnification
You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Hirefex from all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or any third-party claims related to your actions.
9. Intellectual Property

10. Termination

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes must be resolved exclusively in Gurgaon, Haryana courts. You waive any right to a jury trial and agree to binding arbitration for any disputes.

Hirefex reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must stop using our services immediately.
