Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans to drive operational growth, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
- Direct end-to-end plant operations for cosmetic and pharmaceutical divisions, ensuring production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Implement lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies to optimize cost per unit and minimize waste.
- Oversee the entire supply chain and procurement process to ensure timely material availability and streamlined logistics.
- Ensure strict adherence to GMP, WHO, and other regulatory standards through rigorous quality control and audit readiness.
- Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team, establishing clear performance metrics and fostering professional development.
- Monitor financial performance, managing budgets and cash flow to enhance overall profitability.
- Align production capabilities with client requirements to ensure high service levels and consistent product quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Extensive leadership experience in pharmaceutical or dermatology manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated success in driving business expansion and operational transformation.
