The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates to maximize market penetration and achieve ambitious growth targets at designated dealerships. This role requires a perfect blend of leadership, operational excellence, and relationship management to ensure seamless loan processing and high customer satisfaction. You will act as a pivotal link between the organization and our dealer partners, ensuring that all financial products are effectively marketed and that internal processes remain efficient. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of off-roll sales associates to drive dealership penetration and achieve monthly sales objectives.
  • Oversee the end-to-end documentation process, ensuring all KYC and customer data is verified and submitted within prescribed turnaround times.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with dealer partners, addressing daily queries and operational bottlenecks.
  • Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • Manage lead conversion from various channels including web, telephonic, and rural inquiries through diligent follow-ups.
  • Ensure timely post-disbursement activities, including the collection of registration certificates and resolution of initial payment issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated experience in sales management within the banking or NBFC sector, specifically in vehicle financing.
  • Strong proficiency in credit documentation, KYC compliance, and loan processing workflows.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing external sales teams and improving productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective dealer and customer relationship management.
