Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of off-roll sales associates to drive dealership penetration and achieve monthly sales objectives.
Oversee the end-to-end documentation process, ensuring all KYC and customer data is verified and submitted within prescribed turnaround times.
Cultivate and maintain robust professional relationships with dealer partners, addressing daily queries and operational bottlenecks.
Monitor competitor activities and local market trends to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
Manage lead conversion from various channels including web, telephonic, and rural inquiries through diligent follow-ups.
Ensure timely post-disbursement activities, including the collection of registration certificates and resolution of initial payment issues.

Demonstrated experience in sales management within the banking or NBFC sector, specifically in vehicle financing.
