Job Description
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Video Creator to join our performance marketing team. This role focuses on producing high-impact video content specifically designed for digital advertising platforms like Meta, YouTube, and various programmatic networks. You will bridge the gap between artistic storytelling and strategic marketing by developing visual assets that drive measurable user engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced nature of digital advertising and can translate audience insights into compelling video narratives that achieve high return on ad spend.
In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end production of short-form videos, ranging from user-generated content styles to polished motion graphics. You will work closely with the marketing department to ensure every frame is optimized for the customer journey, using performance metrics to refine your creative approach. Roles and Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-converting video advertisements tailored for Meta, YouTube, and other paid social channels.
- Develop creative hooks, scripts, and storyboards based on audience research and competitive analysis.
- Handle the full production process, including shooting and editing UGC-style ads, product demos, and testimonial videos.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams to align creative assets with specific campaign goals and sales funnels.
- Iterate and optimize video content based on performance data such as CTR, ROAS, and retention rates.
- Maintain and organize a library of raw footage and creative variations for continuous A/B testing.
- Stay current with emerging platform trends and best practices for high-performing digital ad formats.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Advanced proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Proven ability to capture high-quality video footage using smartphones or professional cameras.
- Solid understanding of direct-response marketing, consumer psychology, and digital ad funnels.
- Experience in creating motion graphics and conversion-focused visual content.
- Familiarity with ad platform analytics and the ability to interpret performance metrics for creative refinement.
- Strong copywriting skills specifically for developing persuasive hooks and calls-to-action.
