* Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, and other information about potential business partners (Supplier); new markets, products and services; or other business opportunities so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
* Prepare documents and materials (for example, reports, presentations, information packages) for meetings and negotiations with potential clients and business partners so that the information provided is accurate and appropriate for external distribution.
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of principles and concepts.
* Develop and implement sourcing plans align to Category strategies if applicable. Implement and follow-up country sourcing plans. Identify, prepare, propose lead and manage sourcing projects and cases.
* Support the onboarding of suppliers.
* Create, negotiate, and implement contracts. Support and measure use of and compliance with contracts. Contract maintenance.
* Supplier Management and issue resolution.
* Lead and Participate in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) activities.
* Identify and Establish relationships with key stakeholders and Suppliers.
* Responsible for adherence to internal and external policies, regulations, and laws.
* Responsible for suppliers’ compliance with Sandvik policies and guide lines including EHS, Supplier Code of Conduct etc.
